You would always read about how to heal eczema naturally and stop using steroid creams because of it's side effects. What type of natural ingredients that could heal Eczema? It will always comes up with Coconut Oil and some fruits or vegetables or any other oils. To me, nothing helped with my cracked, flaky dry skin.
My mom would always asked me to use Coconut Oil because of it's healing benefits, can't deny that, but it just didn't work for me. I would get itchier after putting the Coconut Oil on my Eczema because the skin would be damped and the flaky skin would be easier to scratch off!
My 1st tip for dry, flaky, itchy skin is always to moisturize. ALWAYS! Especially in cold weather. Bring a small bottle of moisturizer every where with you. I am loving this Enhancer Skin Conditioning Gel because of it's natural ingredients in improving the skin barrier. My Eczema skin improved a lot with the Enhancer Gel. I am still looking for the best Eczema Moisturizer but for now Cetaphil is quite good for me.

Please use a natural and safe ingredients that are clinically and scientifically tested and proven for a better result of your skin. I have always spent money on moisturizers and skin care to make sure it works in the long term.
Secondly is to AVOID SUGAR! The number one culprit of all diseases. I know it's hard to let go of sweet things, you can still eat natural sugar from fruits though (but not too much) and use brown sugar (or any other natural substitutes) rather than white sugar. Sugar is a Big No No, especially for kids with Eczema. On days that I crave sugar, I will try to eat more fruits or go buy some healthy Gluten Free desserts yum!
Lastly is to have a balance nutritional meals daily and drink plenty of mineral water. Make sure to take enough fruits and vegetables to help improve your skin condition. Whatever that you eat will definitely show onto your skin. If you're not into vegetables, I recommend you take on supplements to give optimum nutrients and well-being to the body.
I have been taking supplements as my daily food intake as I always am lacking of nutrients (all of us do lack daily nutrients huhu). LifePak or G3 is the best optimum nutrients for the body and are also listed in the PDR (Physicians Desk Reference) safe and only the best ingredients to be put into the body. If you have kids with Eczema, please give G3 a try as it is one of the best antioxidants supplements and also taste like a sweet juice!

My Eczema improved a lot by adding in supplements that has these 6s Qualities and my skin is now looking better than ever!
So those are my 3 tips for Eczema, I will be continuing other tips in another post.
See ya!
